Q: Are you & your staff ok with Pets?
A: Yes, We are. Your pet (s) are your family and we love them all.
Q: What products do you use?
A: H2o @ Home product line.
Lysol product line, Comet, Windex, Mr. Clean Floor Cleaner.
Q: If I need to schedule a weekend clean, How far in advance should I give?
A: 1 week to insure if we have availability.
Q: When you hire a new Housekeeper, do you just leave them alone at a home once their hired?
A: No. New Hire’s are trained with Management before being alone on the job. This is to make sure all steps and requirements are met to Perfect Home Cleaning Service standards. Management will decide when their ready to be alone on the job.
Q: If you have a housekeeper who only speaks Spanish, how can I communicate with her?
A: We use an app called “Google Translate”. This has been beneficial for both parties
Q: What form of payments do you accept?
A: Cash, Check or Debit/Credit
Q: If I have rust or hard stains in my sink or other areas in my home, do you guarantee the removal?
A: No, Because once its in the ceramic or material without being treated right away it will stay in the material. However, we will work on the spot stain, but cant guarantee it will be removed.
Q: If one of your housekeepers didn't clean my Kitchen ( Bathroom ect.) very well to my liking, What's your Guarantee?
A: Owner/Management will come on the next availability day to work on the area that needed focus.
